Where’s Waldo? All over Grand Rapids this July!

All month long, Waldo will be hiding in 25 local shops around Grand Rapids — and it’s up to you to find him! Pick up your passport at Cellar Bird Books starting July 1 (one passport per family please), and join the search for a chance to win fun prizes.

When you spot him at any of the participating businesses, ask for a
stamp or signature for your card.

Found Waldo in 10 different businesses?
Bring your completed stamp card to Cellar Bird Books to claim a Waldo poster and a coupon for $1 off a Waldo book (available to the first 125 participants).

Spotted Waldo at 20 or more locations?
Bring your completed stamp card to Cellar Bird Books. You’ll get a poster and a coupon - and you’ll be entered into our grand prize drawing.

To celebrate the end of this city-wide scavenger hunt, we’ll be hosting a Waldo celebration and prize drawing on Saturday, August 1 from 10am–11am at Cellar Bird Books.

Find Waldo Local is a nationwide event sponsored by Candlewick Press and the American Booksellers Association, and we’re so excited to bring the fun to Grand Rapids!
